Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is expected for all appointment cancellations which is a reasonable time to allow the clinic to reallocate your appointment to another client.

If you miss your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost, $50 for a consultation, or in the case of prepaid treatments; the treatment will be forfeit.

Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable

2. Standard Terms and Conditions Apply to all purchases: 

  • Packages must be pre-paid in full.
  • Treatments cannot be split between clients.
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  • No further discounts will be applied.

3. Ultimate Memberships

The membership pricing applies for the full 12 month term.

In the event that you terminate the membership early (i.e. prior to the end of the 12 month membership contract) you will be billed for an adjustment payment, to reverse the membership discount and revert the cost of all treatments received during the period to our standard list price. This may mean there will be a balance to pay.

4.  Price Match Policy

We will match any competitor’s current advertised price, provided that the competitor’s price is for the same treatment and using the same calibre of equipment and practitioners

The competitor must be within a 30km radius of Ashmore/Benowa

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to competitor offers made on group buying, discount or coupon websites.

Clients must provide confirmation of the competitor’s advertised price and we reserve the right to contact the competitor to confirm their current price is valid.

Our Price Match Guarantee will not be applied where services have already been paid for or received or where the treatment is being redeemed through loyalty points earned in clinic.

5. Loyalty Points

We love to reward our clients for their loyalty to the brand and loyalty points can be earned in a variety of ways; on all in clinic purchases, on online purchase and on our refer a friends scheme.
Loyalty points must be redeemed within 6-months although in the case of COVID 19 lock-down this will be reviewed on a case by case basis
